I don’t know about you, but when I look good on my yoga mat, I feel good on my yoga mat! That’s why I’m always on the hunt for stylish yoga outfits that won’t break the bank. If I could I would shop for new yoga gear every week and not think twice about it, but the truth of the matter is I’m balling on a budget. Being on a budget doesn’t mean you can’t be fly and find quality yoga outfits at prices that are light on your pockets.

Check out these 5 stores to shop stylish, affordable yoga outfits

1. TJ Maxx

TJ Maxx is my go-to spot for colorful, trendy and super-cute yoga pants and bras. They have so many different brands ranging from Nike to Marika (One of my favorite brands for fitness gear.). I find a lot of quality workout gear (and yoga accessories like blocks and mats) here, and the prices are a fraction of what you’ll find in major department stores. Most stores get new shipment on Wednesday (I checked with a store associate during a recent visit and that seems to remain the same.), but I always feel like I see new stuff even when I make a couple of visits during the same week. If all else fails ask the store manager, so you can be first in line for the latest yoga outfits. You can shop some items online, but your best bet is to visit your nearest store to get the full gamut of everything that’available.

2. Kohl’s

We all know that yoga pants can make or break your practice. You want to find comfortable, thick leggings that don’t hit your waist too low because crack is whack, especially when you’re in downward dog! Kohl’s is where I look when I want to find a deal (There’s almost always a sale or discount on their workout gear.) on sturdy yoga pants. They carry brands like

3. Target

Target has really expanded their activewear section over the past few years and have some really cool offerings. They have a really nice selection of leggings, sports bras and tops with colorful designs and eye-catching-yet-minimal patterns from RBX and Champion. Don’t forget to check the Target Cartwheel app to see if there are coupons or additional percentages off!

4. H&M

H&M has really stepped their game up with their  sportswear. They have a plethora of options to choose from when it comes to your yoga outfit needs. They have yoga tights, bras, fitted yoga tops and yoga tanks. A lot of their bras are low support, so be aware of this if you’re looking for a little something more. Their designs are pretty simple, which I love because sometimes you just want a simple pair of  black leggings to complete your look!

5. Forever 21

The first time I browsed the activewear section at Forever 21, I was all kinds of skeptical. In college I bough several pairs of plain cotton leggings there for my day-to-day gym workouts and I don;t think I realized they were completely see-through until years later.

Forever 21 has absolutely stepped their game up and they have some trendy and quality yoga clothing from leggings to bras that aren’t completely see-through or one-and-done pieces that fall apart after one wash . They also have really cute muscle tees with fun pictures and quotes on them, to help you stay motivated and inspired during your workout. In my opinion sizing can be weird here, so if you shop online, you might want to buy two different sizes, or step away from your computer and go to the store to shop! (I know it’s hard but you can do it!)
