When I’m feeling blue, I don’t get sad… I get glam! I actually wasn’t feeling blue when I snapped these pictures over the weekend. I was in a pretty good mood. The weather in Florida was gorgeous (mid-80s and sunny) and I got to spend the afternoon playing in my clothes and makeup. Pretty dope, if you ask me!
I’m working on being a budget-savvy fashionista, so I’ve cut back on my usual shopping habits. For this look, I decided to shop what’ was already in my closet.
I got lucky and found a really sassy look that made me feel confident and stylish as soon as I slipped it on! Isn’t it crazy how much fashion can shift your attitude? I always feel good when I look good! (Or at least when I think I look good. LOL)
This blue midi dress from Topshop (similar) is one of my favorites; I wore it all Spring and Summer long. I paired it with my go-to strappy black heels that are also from Topshop (similar) and a black biker jacket from Akira Chicago (similar).
I love a good lipstick cocktail, so I added a pop of purple passion to my look by creating a gorgeous color by mixing 1978 and Zi Se from Gold Label Cosmetics.
Definitely loving this look for this crazy Fall weather here in Florida!
