I’m always on the hunt for pretty, quality nude lipsticks that compliment dark skin, and I think I may have found some good options with the Rimmel London Lasting Finish By Kate Nude Lipstick Collection.
I was sent five colors from the 10-piece collection to review. This was my first time trying lipstick from Rimmel London and I have to admit, I’m pretty impressed with these lippies! The peach packaging is a cute representation of the nude shades that compose this collection, and each tube’s cap is also adorned with Kate Moss’s signature.
These lipsticks are not matte (You know how I feel about matte lipstick… borderline obsessed!), but that didn’t bother me because they glided on smoothly–I love the creamy texture and they have pretty good pigmentation, too. They’re not too high shine or glossy, so they work for my taste!
According to the Rimmel London team, these lippies can give up to 8 hours of long lasting nude color. I do have to re-apply a couple of times during the day, but that’s due to drinking coffee and water and eating. There was still lipstick left on my lips after snacking, so I do think this lipstick line is long-lasting!

I honestly liked all of the colors from the Lasting Finish Lipstick By Kate collection that I swatched. There were a few that instantly caught my eyes, like #46, #48 and #49. I’m usually into peachy nudes, but I quickly started obsessing over these deeper brownish/berry shades as soon as I swiped them on. My absolute favorite nude lipstick from the colors that I tried is #48; it’s a dark nude with a deep mauve tone to it. It’s so pretty! I definitely need to stock up on this color for my lippie collection.
