Melody Thornton must be really confident because the former Pussycat Doll let her nipples get their shine on in a nude-colored, lace dress at an Elle Women in Music Event. I don’t know her exact motives, but anyone who graces the red carpet in a see-through dress with their girls live-and-in-full-effect must really love attention! Don’t get me wrong, I sleep and live cutting-edge trends and think it’s great to press the envelope, but leave something to the imagination, sheesh!
Besides the fact that I dread the layered lace ruffles on the dress and think the color completely blends in with her hair, and the pairing of a snakesin peep-toe shoe with such a delicate fabric baffles me… the sight of her boob-buttons piercing through the frock’s barely-there lace definitely make this attempt at fashion a NOT in my book. I can’t fathom why nip-slips have drifted from taboo to red-carpet glam? Since when did a wardrobe malfunction become fashion-forward?
