Breath. *Takes deep breath* Solange Knowles sucked the air out of me and then proceeded to rejuvenate my life one short breath at a time in this Stéphane Rolland Spring 2012 dress at this year’s White House Correspondents Dinner. I’m absolutely smitten and in love with this garment!
I’m a sucker for clean cuts, with a touch exaggerated glam, and the soft scooped-neckline, exaggerated sculpted hips, and pretty gold buckle detail is giving me all of this and more, right now!
Some of you are probably like, ummm she’s not wearing makeup, and while I would’ve liked to see her with a little pop of “Honey-I’m-In-The-Building,” hair and makeup, this dress trumps it all. Plus, it’s a breath of fresh air to see a celeb rock an au naturale look on the red carpet. Do your thang Sol-Angel!
