Hey B&B friends, I’m back with another beauty crush and this time around I’m getting my glam on with beauty products from Mojo Spa.

One of my favorite weekend activities is treating myself to a massage and facial, but the way my budget is setup… that’s usually a monthly treat. So, I’m always looking for spa-worthy beauty products to use between visits. I have sensitive skin, so when I’m looking for products for beauty products that will go on my hair or skin, I prefer for them to be as natural and healthy as possible. This product line is has handmade beauty products that are pretty impressive.

Here are my thoughts on some of the beauty product I tried from Mojo Spa.

Mojo Spa Go Green Concentrated Facial Soap

This soap smells so good. It’s from the Mojo Spa Go Green Line for Sensitive Skin, so it’s a great match for my skincare needs. When I used it, the smell reminded me of what it’s like when I’m at the spa getting a facial.  Besides smelling like paradise, this handmade soap boasts ingredients like chamomile powder, palmarosa and rosewood essential oils, and carrot seed to help with retaining moisture, healing and balance skin.

I’m so used to using a gel or cream when washing my face that I was a little hesitant about using a bar of soap on my face. Especially, since some of the natural ingredients that were visibly embedded in the soap bar. But I gave it a try and it didn’t feel rough on my skin, it left my skin feeling supple after use and it didn’t leave any residue or film behind. I love this facial soap!

It’s available here for $10.

Mojo Spa Dark Twinkle Color Adjusting Foundation Bronzer

This foundation bronzer has 20 different herb, fruit, and flower extracts to keep your skin looking fab with a gorgeous radiant glow.

My complexion is a little too dark to get the full effect of a bronzer, but this is a great moisturizer that smells delicious! I recommend it for those days when you don’t want to wear a full face of makeup but you want to add moisture and a subtle bit of sparkle to your skin. I love a good beauty cocktail so I also used it as a primer underneath a light powder foundation and applied it under my contour as a slight highlight.

It’s available here for $30.

Mojo Spa Medusa Hair Oil

If you follow this blog, then you know I think that using essential oils in the hair is imperative to get and maintain strong, healthy hair. The Medusa Hair Oil is formulated with over 10 different base oils in addition to an essential oil blend that helps soothe the scalp and skin. I use it a couple of times per week. I apply a few drops to my fingertips and massage it into my scalp starting at the nape of my neck and work my way to my front hairline. I also massage a dime-sized amount into my ends to seal in moisture and prevent dry brittle ends. Bye-bye split ends!

It’s lightweight and doesn’t leave hair feeling heavy and looking greasy. It adds a nice sheen with good shine. It’s also good for use on facial hair, so you can put it to good use if your significant other wants a good beard oil.

It’s available here for $15.

I received free samples of this product for review. All opinions are my own.
