Hey B&B friends! I’ve really been on a healthy skin kick lately, and it’s been a lot of fun sharing my thoughts and experiences trying top-of-the-line skincare products with you! This time around, I’m sharing my thoughts on the new La Roche-Posay Toleraine Daily Moisturizers and Cleansers. Let me just preface this by saying this line is the truth!
The La Roche-Posay Toleraine line consists of two facial cleansers and two moisturizers. The basis of this line isn’t to just clean your skin, but to restore it. I don’t know about you, but I’m always intrigued by products that claim to restore your skin, so I had to give this line a try when the opportunity presented itself.
Here’s a review of the La Roche-Posay Toleraine products I received and have been using for the past 3 weeks.
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cleanser
This is my go-to cleanser from this collection for day-to-day use because it’s for normal to oily skin. I have combination skin that gets much oilier during the warmer months of the year and this keeps my skin looking and feeling supple (Even before I moisturize!). It does a great job of removing dirt and makeup and produces suds when you massage it into your skin with water.
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser
This creamy, non-sudsy cleanser has a very gentle formula that is great for removing your makeup. I wear makeup to work most days of the week and while the foaming cleanser works well with removing makeup, I turn to this formula for the days when I wear heavier makeup.
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer
This oil-free moisturizer is legit! It was created to help restore healthy looking skin and feel lightweight when applied—bye-bye greasy skin! It can be applied in the morning and night, but I mostly used in in the evening before bed and it didn’t feel heavy.
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Moisturizer UV
This moisturizer is just as amazing as the non-UV version. The biggest difference is the SPF
I used this in the mornings before heading out for the day. While it is technically fragrance-free, I can smell the SPF when I apply it. This doesn’t bother me but just a heads-up!
